All products sold through 14-Day Wedding Plan™ are digital downloads.
No physical item will be shipped.

After checkout, customers receive immediate access to download files.

2) Personal Use License (No Sharing / No Resale)

All products are licensed for personal use only.

You may NOT:

share, distribute, upload, email, or forward the files to others
resell, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the product
post the file (or parts of it) publicly or privately online (including social media, groups, forums, or file-sharing sites)

This includes sharing with friends, family members, bridal party members, or other engaged couples.

✅ Purchasing a product grants a single-user license to the original purchaser only.

3) Copyright

All content is protected under copyright law.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.

4) Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

Because these are instant-access digital downloads, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:

change of mind
accidental purchase
personal preference
lack of use
inability to print
inability to open files due to device/software issues
misunderstanding of product content

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving instant digital access and therefore waive the right to a refund.

5) Chargebacks / Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be treated seriously.

If a chargeback occurs, we reserve the right to:

provide the buyer’s purchase records, IP address, download history, communication logs, and acceptance of these terms to the payment processor

download and save the purchased files
